All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, guaranteed 30 days free return. All returned items don't have to be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



To return an item, please email customer service at service@tesvor.com to obtain information. After receiving info, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if your item is under eight months. You need to paid return shipping charges first. Once we get the returns, we will transfer chargers via Paypal in 5 business days.

You need to pay shipping charges if your item exceeded eight months. The premise of return and exchange is the quality problem.

DHL Hermes shipping method is preferred. The handling time would be 2-3 business days. And no extra charges apply.



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition & quality of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



 Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee to expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired 30-day-return guarantee. For purchases not made directly through Tesvor's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues


All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Tesvor or Tesvor'sTesvor's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

Tesvor's warranty is limited to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country bought initially or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.

Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Tesvor'sTesvor's authorized distributors and retailers are handled through Tesvor.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available. Otherwise, The warehouse will send a new product.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item or three months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been refunded.


The following items /conditions cannot be returned or exchanged:  


  •     robot vacuum accessories
  •    secondary returned or exchange is not supported
