How to turn off anti-fall function?

1. Make sure you update your software to the latest version, V3.7.7 or newer one.

2. Power off the robot vacuum turn it over, take off side brushes and put it upward on the desk. 

3. Press the start button and power on at the same time, until you hear “Enter Engineering Test Mode”. Red and green light will blink alternately, then you can release the start button.

4. Find an object as an assistant tool, a thick book or dictionary, for example. Put the robot vacuum upside down on the object, make sure the start button will not be touched accidentally.

5. Press the backward button on the remote until you hear two ringing sounds. 

6. Turn it over again and check for the solid green light.  

7. Reboot the robot vacuum and do a test run.



Home with stairs

2.Power off the robot vacuum turn it over, take off side brushes and put it upward on the desk. Press the start button and power on at the same time, until you hear “Enter Engineering Test Mode”. Red and green light will blink alternately, then you can release the start button. 

3. Find an object as an assistant tool, a thick book or dictionary, for example. please note that the total height of the object should be less than your stair height, usually 10cm would be fine. put the robot vacuum on the object, make sure the object should not block any of the three detecting Components, otherwise, it will fail.

4. Hold the robot vacuum and Press the backward button on the remote until you hear two ringing sounds.

5. Turn it over again and check for the solid green light.

6. Reboot the robot vacuum and do a test run.
