Robot Vacuum Suddenly Stopped Working

1.Check if the robot is stuck or blocked by obstacles.

2.Verify the battery level (low battery may cause shutdown).

3.Look for red indicator lights or error alerts on the robot.

4.If the issue persists, perform a system reboot:

Press and hold the Power Button for 5s to force shutdown.

Then, press the Power Button for 3s to restart.

Robot Vacuum Scheduled Cleaning Failure

1.Please check if the battery level is ≥20%. Scheduled cleaning can only be initiated when

battery level reaches ≥20%.

2.Please verify that the scheduled cleaning cycle is set correctly.

3.Please confirm whether the scheduled cleaning has been successfully set up.

4.Please confirm whether the correct time zone has been selected.

the filter is completely dried before use.
